Cancellation and Refund Policy
DLS event management has a refund policy set in place to provide a very clean guide line for our team and Clint to follow when it comes to refunds and payments.
- All event and packages book here at DLS event management will require a 20% of there total as a non refundable deposit no date is secure till a deposit and contract is sigh and payed
- Once the booking deposit is payed all payment are to be pain in full no later than 42 days before the event date. Cancellation within these 42 day end and the total balance becomes non refundable
- If full payment has been made before the 42 days DLS will refund 80% of the total payment amount with the payment via it was payed to DLS event management.
- Refund under extreme circumstances will be assessed by DLS event management team on a base to base need
